FitSum Consumer Health Data Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This Consumer Health Data Policy supplements the FitSum Privacy Policy and is provided separately to comply with US state consumer health data laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data privacy law (SB 370). It applies to residents of those states; all other users are covered by the main Privacy Policy.
Evovi Ltd ("Evovi", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16985656), operates the FitSum mobile application ("FitSum", "the App").
1. Consumer health data we collect
- Workout logs: exercises, sets, weights, reps, RPE, timers, supersets.
- GPS routes and location data recorded during outdoor activities.
- Body measurements, body weight, and progress photos.
- Heart rate data (from Bluetooth heart rate monitors, or from Apple Health / Health Connect if you grant access).
- Activity Points, step counts, and daily activity history.
- Any related data synced from Apple Health (HealthKit) or Health Connect, as described in Section 1 of our Privacy Policy.
2. How we use this data
We collect and use this data solely to provide and improve FitSum's core features — workout tracking, coaching recommendations, and syncing your history — as described in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.
3. No sale, no unauthorized sharing
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with third parties except with the service providers listed in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy (who process it only to perform their function for us, under confidentiality obligations), or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No geofencing
We do not use geofencing (establishing a virtual boundary around a mental health facility, reproductive or sexual health facility, or similar location) to collect consumer health data or to send notifications, advertisements, or messages to consumers.
5. Your rights
You may:
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data at any time.
- Request access to, or a copy of, the consumer health data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your consumer health data.
You can exercise these rights via Profile → Data & Privacy in the app, or by contacting admin@fitsum.app with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request". We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent may limit FitSum's ability to provide health- and fitness-related features. We will not retaliate against you for exercising these rights.
If you have concerns about how we've handled a request, you may contact us at the email above, and, where applicable, your state Attorney General.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email before they take effect.
