How to delete your FitSum account

You can permanently delete your FitSum account and all associated data at any time, in two ways.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open FitSum and go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account.
- Review the summary of what will be deleted.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Tap Delete permanently.
This requires an internet connection and takes effect immediately.
Option 2: By email (no app required)
Email support@fitsumapp.com from the email address registered on your FitSum account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's complete.
What gets deleted
Your account, workout logs, body measurements, progress photos, goals and targets, gym pass details, activity and step history, coaching/recommendation state, and any other personal data associated with your account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What isn't automatically cancelled
Your FitSum subscription, if you have one. Deleting your account does not cancel billing — cancel separately:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FitSum → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions → FitSum → Cancel Subscription.
