Support & Feedback

Sending feedback

You can report bugs, suggest improvements, or ask questions without leaving the app.

Go to Profile → Help & Feedback (in the Account section) and pick a type — Bug, Suggestion, or Question. Write your message (up to 4,000 characters) and tap Send feedback. For bugs, describe what happened and what you expected to happen.

Sending needs an internet connection. If you're offline, you'll see a banner and the send button stays disabled until you reconnect.

After sending, you land on My feedback with your submission listed. Updates appear there — we can't reply to everyone individually, but we may ask a follow-up question in-app.

To keep volume manageable, there's a limit of 5 reports per 24 hours. If you hit it, you'll see a message asking you to wait a while before sending again.

Attaching screenshots

A screenshot often says more than a description. On the feedback form, tap Attach screenshots and pick from your photo library.

  • Up to 3 images per report.
  • 10 MB maximum each.
  • Photos only (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) — videos aren't supported.

Anything over the limit is skipped with a notice rather than blocking the rest. Remove an attached image with its ✕ button before sending.

Tracking your submissions

Everything you've sent is listed under My feedback (the second tab), newest first, with a preview, the type, and its current status. Pull down to refresh. Tap any entry to read the full message, see the screenshots you attached, and read any response from the team.

StatusWhat it means
NewReceived — nobody has looked at it yet
In reviewSomeone on the team is looking into it
Awaiting your replyWe've asked you a follow-up question — open the entry and answer it in the reply box
ResolvedAddressed — the response tells you what happened; if the fix ships in an app update, you'll see "Fixed in X — update the app."
Won't fixNot something we'll change — the response explains why

If we need more detail, we may ask a follow-up question. It appears inside the expanded entry as a "Question from the team" block — type your answer in the reply box and tap "Send reply" (up to 4,000 characters, and it needs an internet connection, just like sending feedback). Once sent, your reply shows beneath the question and the status moves back to "In review". We may ask again later; a new question replaces the previous exchange.

A dot appears on the Help & Feedback row on your Profile whenever one of your submissions has a new status or response since you last checked.

Reporting a crash

If FitSum hits an unexpected error, the error screen includes a Report a problem button.

Tap it and the app restarts on the feedback form, with the error's details attached for you (you'll see a "Reporting an error in…" chip at the top of the form). Add a short note about what you were doing when it happened, then send as usual — the same limits and offline rule apply as for normal feedback (see 19.1).

The status of your report shows under My feedback like any other submission. We can't reply individually, but every report helps us fix the underlying problem.
